Gleichberechtigung im Arbeitsleben

Fast die Hälfte aller Erwerbstätigen sind Frauen. Von Gleichberechtigung kann im Arbeitsleben immer noch keine Rede sein. Frauen verdienen weniger und sind häufiger arbeitslos. Und immer noch erfahren Frauen, dass weniger ihr Können als ihr "Aussehen" über die Vergabe von Jobs entscheidet. Welche Erfahrungen habt ihr gemacht?
